"Good place to stay in Lyon, near the park and several options to grab transportation. BUT BEWARE this is a capsule hotel, meaning shared bathrooms and showers(unless you get the private room with shower/bathroom). We made the reservation thinking it was a private room and when we got there we had to spend the night at the capsule(2 people) and had to pay a bit extra for the private room. Other than that staff is great, it is clean and there are options to grab a drink at the front desk."

"Hotel was in renovation, I had to change my room 3 times for noise. In Sunday I wake up with drill sound at my next room. Our reservation was including breakfast but breakfast was terrible, there is a lot of flies in jam jars. In morning I asked scrambled egg, front desk woman yelling me , no eggs. I asked egg at eight in the morning. I am disappointed . Also hotel was not cheap. How will you or hotel compensate for my awful holiday? Regards "

"Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms are very spacious with modern bathrooms. Breakfast is slightly limited but for us it was more than satisfactory. Internet access was free and very reliable. Underground parking at a very fair price. All in all a little gem which was perfect for our needs as a family. Kudos to the staff. We will definitely return. "
