"Ein in die Jahre gekommenes aber gutes Hotel. Schöne Lage, die Außenanlagen werden bereits saniert. Die Zimmer sind völlig okay aber etwas älter. Zwei Tesla Destination Charger und die schöne Lage runden das Paket ab. Wir würden wieder kommen. "

"Requested twin beds. The guy working at check in was not very friendly. The room worked out fine but his customer service was disappointing. Comfortable hotel this is our second time staying here and will stay again. "

"The hotel is rather quirky on first impression, however it was really nice place to stay. Everything seemed to immaculately clean and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The establishment appeared to be a bit out from the centre but in reality wasn’t. The cathedral could be reached in less than a 15 minute walk and the T1 bus to Biarritz stopped outside. This ran to Biarritz every 15 minutes and the fare was only €1.5. The breakfast were excellent and good quality. There...

"Quite simply the nicest and friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. We arrived early and they very kindly let us in to our room. The seafront location is brilliant, it is amazing to sit and watch the surfers from the terrace bar and the food in the restaurant was very good indeed. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the parking easy and convenient. We are already looking forward to coming again."

"Room was clean but I was disappointed in the size, especially after noticing that a single person got a larger room than a couple. Perhaps it was a regular customer... But still disappointed. Breakfast was good with fresh ingredients. For a two star establishment it was an overall good stay for a very reasonable rate 👍"
