"Beautiful hotel, perfect location, with kind, helpful and friendly staff.
Lovely spa.
Our city view room experienced quite a lot of noise from the road and early morning hotel deliveries.
The experience in an ocean front room is completely different, but comes at a premium at almost double the price.
Saint Jean de Luz is a charming town and the Basque coast is beautiful."
