"This was a very good stay for our first visit to Vancouver. The staff were very helpful, housekeeping was excellent, and the location is good as it is in the centre of it all. We stayed in the South tower, and dined at the breakfast buffet in the North tower at Cafe One which had a good variety of offerings and lovely staff. Underground parking is offered at an additional cost. This is a combination hotel/residential property so keep that in mind as it can be a little difficult to find a parking spot. The only other thing that is stopping me from giving this property 5 stars is that it is located directly across from a very busy emergency room hospital so the sirens can be heard all night long. We were on the opposite side of the building and we could hear them. This a great location for conventions/conferences."
