"Room was not the cleanest - our bathroom floor had black mould growing in the corners and someone else’s hair in the shower still. The carpets were extremely caked with dust at every corner and under the beds, my mattress protector had someone else’s blood on it. The AC was blowing moldy air into the room as it hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. Kitchen was nice but it came with zero dishes or anything so was essentially useless apart from the fridge and microwave. Staff were great, breakfast was decent for being included. Coffee was good! Location for the event we were at was perfect."

"Rooms were very small and ceilings quite low, compared to other Fairfield hotels. No pool. Breakfast area was also too small. I know this is downtown and expensive…….but compared to other Fairfield properties, it didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. And super expensive parking"
