"Location was excellent a few steps from the main square and the park. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was well laid out with lots of options. There was some building work constructing a new entrance for the hotel but we didn't hear any noise from this. A great and comfortable stay."

The hotel is a bit noisy - one hears people in their own bathrooms...Staff was pleasant but I had to wait for my booked room for 90 minutes because I came in earlier. I had travelled 22 hours with 9 hours of time difference. I had asked to no avail. "

"We stayed in the presidential suite and it was massive and beautiful! It even had a balcony. The bed was super comfortable too. The hotel itself was so unique and I loved having the view of the cathedral right next door. The breakfast that was included was delicious. So was the room service. The only “negatives” was that room service stopped at 9:00 pm, the menu was sort of small, and the hotel concierge left at 9:00 pm.
