Son flexibles y amables, solo hay que comunicarse con ellos mínimo 24h antes porque el check-in no es 24h (creo que hacen presencia de 9-1 y 4-8). Ellos no reciben los mensajes por Expedía, aunque recibas un mensaje automático unos días antes. Ese mensaje incluye su número telefónico - hay que llamar y pedir que organicen un check-in tardío."
