Very lovely hotel. Decor looks fab. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable, calm and spacious.
The only downside is no bar just a vending machine.

The hotel is located close to the old city and close to public transportation. The room was minimal from the room facilities' point of view.
When arrived we received a room with many defects; the drain in the shower was blocked, the soap/shampoo containers were empty, and part of the lights in the room did not turn on. The room was replaced with a better one on the next day

A nice hotel that is 10 mins walk from St Stephens Cathedral. The rooms are very clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff are very friendly, efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

I stayed here last year and chose to stay again this year. Never again! Immediately after booking I was informed by automatic email that there would renovation work ongoing between 9-5. What they did nit say is that they would be unloading construction vehicles and transpiring skips in and out every day from 6am. They did nit inform me of the mess in the corridors. The trip hazards. The paint fumes. The dust everywhere. Etc.

Fantastic hotel great value and good location. Breakfast was good, room service and fresh water every day, staff all very friendly. Chocolates on arrival for my husbands birthday, lovely touch. Warm room, quiet, very comfy bed. Location good for centre, walk in 10/15 mins, or use an electric scooter :) would definitely stay again!

Clean but basic
We book 2 rooms for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year. We paid exactly the same price, and booked the rooms together. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room but also not advertised just would have been a plus I wouldnt mark the hotel down for this.
The rooms were clean but both completely different sizes for the same price. The rooms were extremly hot and there was no way of turning the heating down. We could open the window in the larger of the two rooms but not the smaller one. The smaller room had no safe either.
The hotel on entrance has a nice reception but the corridors and rooms are very tired. At some point the main reception has been moved as the stairwell is an emergency exit and the lift next to reception is an old service lift whilst the back entrance has a nuch nicer stairwell and lift that is hardly used. Although we didn't have breakfast there, it always looked very busy, with some tables quite a distance from the serving area and quite close to reception. The hotel is in walking distance to lots of restaurants and public transport. I don’t think this was good value for money and wouldn't stay here again

Good experience overall, the hotel looked a bit old but the staff was really nice. Location was very convenient. Breakfast had a good offer of food but not a lot of space so it could get really crowded on Saturday and Sunday.

The hôtel is ok, but the service at the front desk not too good (specially for the check in).
Great location between tourist area and local neighborhood - so not busy but well accessible to most of the attractions and urban functions. Clean and cozy room with good amenities.
