Nice hotel with very warm hotel staff, especially the young pretty lady at the reception (Tanja). Thank you so much for keeping your property so clean and cozy. It’s very accessible to the tram and just 5-min walk to the Vienna State Opera. Had a wonderful stay in your hotel.

Great location ! Reception personel really helpful , a room with everything you need! The breakfast buffet really big compared to European breakfast , thus one had scramble eggs , sausages , beans, hard boiled eggs, lots of different breads , yogurts, cereals , great coffee machine great selection of teas .......

I gave 1 star to this hotel because the front desk and breakfast buffet staff, with the exception of Tanja, is AWFUL at customer service. Today, March 25th 2024, when I went to check out, the lady who worked the morning shift treated me extremely bad when it came time to charge me for all the breakfast that I owed (3 days and I in no way tried to avoid the charges). I mean, breakfast at 26 euros is extremely overpriced, but this lady didn't even offer me options of reduced breakfast (and if they didn't have them I would've understood). She even went chasing me at the dining area and when she saw me having a glass of water she told me that i was having breakfast and wanted me to charge me for a full breakfast, just because i had a glass of water. I mean, Europe is not known for the best customer service, but this lady today took it to a whole other level. I would advise anybody to look for another hotel, that lady today ruined my whole Vienna experience and I wouldn't want anyone to have that occurred to him/her

Is a small boutique property. Excellent located. Small room but very cozy with great amenities and towel heater very convenient. Electric kettle with free coffee in the room

Lovely location,downside cases up & down slopes
The hotel is in a amazing location ,the reception 24hr is great,the junior suites are spacious along with the bathroom ,the walk from the lift to the room is not great with cases, up and down slopes to say the least which is the only downside to this hotel , but overall for ease of transport around vienna also the locality makes this a great base to reap the best from vienna and maria was fabulous in helping us find the shortest routes to visit sites

Lovely place for a city break with helpful staff
Had a lovely stay here for a birthday celebration weekend. Lovely spacious rooms, comfortable beds (although only soft pillows available, if you like a firm pillow, bring your own) Breakfasts were great and the staff were extremely helpful and all spoke great english (better than our broken german attempts!) Perfectly situated for access to Opera & Golden Hall events and easy walking to Spanish school of riding and city center Road/Tramworks outside into late evening were not ideal, but not much Hotel could do about that. A lovely place reasonably priced for a city break

The location is very convenient. But the hotel’s outside pictures are misleading. The facade with large windows is not where the rooms are. The rooms are in an additional construction on the roof, not visible from the street level. These rooms are also very basic, with no views and no decor.

NO AC!! The hotel is in a decent location, and the lobby is clean. But that is the extent of positive interactions we had with the hotel. We booked 2 rooms, they put us in a regular room and apartment 33a. Even though the hotel lists AC as an amenity they only list “fan” in apartment 33a and you are supposed to just assume that one room which is the same price as the others is not air conditioned. Couple this with the incredibly rude and disrespectful desk manager, we decided to stay out of the hotel a few nights since they refused so move our room or offer any reimbursement. They simply gave use a rotating fan and told us to open the windows. Keep in mind it was approximately 92°F in the room all week. There were bugs, uncomfortable bedding, and a couch that they consider a bed. We sent this information to the Austrian travel and tourism office as well.

This hotel turned out to be the perfect location for our brief visit to Vienna. It was centrally located within easy walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see, including the Belvedere Gardens and St. Stephen’s Cathedral, though there was a tram stop right outside if we had needed it. While a few minor updates could be made to decor, the room itself was very comfortable for the three of us. We had plenty of space to move around, the beds were plush and we had a beautiful view of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Very strange setup. Entrance at the street level, rooms all the way at the top of the building -- all the floors in between are empty / blocked off -- Feels **very** strange and spooky. Rooms are at the very top floor, all spread around a hallway shaped like a maze. (God forbid if you have to flee in case of an emergency...) An extremely small lobby, literally made up of two sofas. A breakfast room at -1, which feels like a shelter in bunker with no windows (A very decent breakfast offering, though) Overall, rooms are old-school and rundown.. The hotel feels like it will shutdown at any time.. Will not stay again

The staff at the front desk are amazingly kind and full of information. The rooms are a little on the small side but very clean. We also loved the skylight window that you could open with the push of a button and enjoy the cool night breeze while enjoying the stars. There are also a million walkable shops and resturants. We would be more than happy to stay there again our next time in Vienna!

Very convenient to take public transit and/or walk around/within Innere Stadt. Staff members were very helpful and professional. We were especially impressed with Stephen's courtesy/support. He is a young graduate student with major in Economics, who maintains his composure despite the war between his motherland and Russia. My family and I wish him all the best in life!

Easy walk to shopping District 1. If arriving from the main train station in Vienna, Hauptbahnhof Wien, then take Tram “D” across from the exit and ride 5 stations. Late Checkin available … WiFi code and password available by looking at the bottom of the router. We were misinformed to use the free WiFi but it is very weak so look under your router. Room service is quite sparse as they only straighten your blanket. Dishes are available but ours were not clean properly at checkin as it has bread crumb stuck on it. Sofa bed mattress was not thick enough so you can still feel the steel frame. Be sure to check if your package includes breakfast, otherwise it is $26/pp.
