We stayed here to just have a safe place to sleep so that we can adventure around town and enjoy the self-care touristy festivities, lights & beauty of DT Victoria. Price was very good too. Staff was friendly, our stay was very good, our room was clean, except we found a couple 2 short hair on our sheet (I'm super picky)... could be pet or person... otherwise our room was very clean. We will stay here again.

The room was in very good condition. The staff was very courteous. The only issue was the elevator was out of service both days of stay, and there were alot of stairs to climb. Was not good for me with a bad back. Thanks

This was my third time staying here as it has become a desirable, not-so-distant escape for us living on the mainland. We were initially sold on the fireplace in the suites along with the antiquated-but for that time- posh European-style for each room. The price has always been remarkably reasonable considering you are ground zero for walking proximity to the harbour front and all of the shops and restaurants you could want. The place delivered once again. We will be coming back yet again.

Super cute clean room. The only 1 thing I had any issue with at all is it was quite noisy in the morning with delivery and garbage trucks etc. that being said, that’s how a city works so it’s a pretty great place. I would absolutely stay there again!

The room was a little cool so they brought me a heater and some blankets which really helped also unfortunately the cleaner didn’t get all the food/garbage that was under the stovetop area. Other than that, everything was fine.

The location is very convenient in the center of Government Street. The building was old, but it was well cleaned. There were also enough clean towels. My room was on the third floor on the main street side, so I could hear the sound of a nearby pub until midnight.
