"Foi bem tranquila a comunicação com a equipe do hotel...recepcionistas me atenderam muito bem, foram muito educados. O quarto que ficamos estava tudo muito organizado..Só vi uns detalhes na coberta e na colcha que me deixou na dúvida quanto a lavagem desses itens...mas nada que impediu o uso dos mesmos..no mais ok...voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo o hotel"

"The stay was good, the check in process was very rough. If you don't fill out the form they send before you arrive then expect to be waiting a long time as you communicate with them over whatsapp. Also, if you do fill out the form then it still might not work. The form failed for me many a time. Note that this was all after 10pm, when no receptionist was available"

"It went all well, communication is good via WhatsApp with the NIK team. It's just that we had quite a disagreement as they only provide a fitted sheet for the 3rd guest, no bedsheet. I wasn't very happy that my daughter had to sleep directly under a blanket without bedsheets... or I had to pay to have sheets and pay for the delivery of the sheets as well. It's not just about the price, just the principle. Otherwise our stay was ok."
