Gostei muito do hotel. Tudo digitalizado. Muito prático. Acho apenas que o checkout é muito cedo (11h) e o check-in muito tarde (15h). No mais, tudo ótimo. Fico sempre nas unidades do Charlie quando vou a SP. Formato studio é excelente.

Bom quarto, cama boa, sofá cama péssimo, se precisar dormir nele. O ar condicionado estava com problema na regulagem de temperatura. E achei os utensílios muito básicos, para estadias longas, como foi o meu caso.

Acomodação em prédio de uso múltiplo. O quarto é espaçoso e bem equipado, muito novo. Boa qualidade das roupas de cama e banho e boa distribuição dos espaços. A redondeza tem boas opções de serviço, mas não fica na área mais badalada da vila mariana. O atendimento da portaria poderia ser mais solícita, mas não foi um problema. Gostamos, recomendamos e voltaremos!

Apartamento novinho, algumas partes em fase de acabamento. Academia boa. Móveis novos, vista bonita e ótima comunicação com a portaria. Quando a reserva é confirmada chega no WhatsApp todas as informações e não tem erro.
