The property is located in a very nice area, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The building is nice and rooms are just like shown in the pictures. However, the check in process is completely online, with minimal human interaction to complete the process. It is very difficult to enter the building for the first time, even when the previous instructions (send pictures for check in) were followed. The property is nice but the check in process should be improved.

Não é um hotel, não possui recepção. Chegamos e não tínhamos todos os dados para entrar no prédio. Ficamos 1:30 do lado de fora tentando, aguardando as informações, fazendo check in online. Depois que finalmente entramos não percebemos que não recebemos a senha da porta. Ficamos mais tempo aguardando a senha. Quase 2 horas somente para acessar o quarto. Muito estressante.

Experiência ruim na entrada do condominio. Tivemos problema com o check in, o número da reserva estava dando erro e a funcionária do prédio sequer nos deixou entrar na eclusa enquanto resolvíamos nosso problema. A Eclusa serve justamente pra isso, pra que pessoas não fiquem expostas ao perigo da rua enquanto aguardam entrada. Ficamos do lado de fora do prédio, com dois laptops, relogio, joias, celulares. Pra nossa sorte um morador saiu e nos conseguimos entrar na eclusa. Demoramos 40 minutos pra conseguir fazer nosso check in dai entramos. Jamais voltarei lá.

As instalações são boas, é bem localizado e o quarto confortável. Só que esqueci meu pijama sobre a cama e estou em contato com o time de atendimento do Charlie desde a minha saída, todos os dias e ainda não tive uma solução. Não compartilham se falaram com quem fez a limpeza após minha saída e a qual conclusão chegaram. Só informam que nada apareceu ainda nos achados e perdidos. Um total descaso.
