"Clean, comfortable room. You can see the water, but you cannot access it. Great oceanfront restaurant/bar less than a block away (easy walk). Great accommodations! Easy remote check in and great communication via text from staff. "

"Spacious beautiful place! So much room and very comfortable to stay in. It was a group of 6 of us and we all got our own bed and two bathrooms. Host was kind and answered timely when inquired about anything. Also lots of space to park multiple cars. Deer and roosters around the area, that was cool! Only 45 minutes away from Duval street."

"Chair in front the desk look like someone went to the bathroom in it and was NEVER cleaned during our week long stay. Plus 20.00 a day to park and 35.00 a day resort fee was nothing but a joke. We won't be back. "

"The house is an excellent place to stay; however, the management team wasn't the greatest. There were some issues concerning access to the 3rd bathroom and it was like pulling teeth to get the necessary information such as location of bathroom, codes, and location of keys. We also were without the use of the pool during our first week, due to the pool being dirty and no heat. According to the management company the owner offered a refund, but I've yet to see the refund on my account. "
