"The hotel was not consistent with what I was told on the phone as far as Arrangements. The Wi-Fi was very spotty and TV kept freezing. There was no phone in the room to call for blankets or towels Etc. I was not overly happy with the room"

"Wifi was fast and breakfast was good loved the potatoes and the staff was super nice. Rooms were spacious. Pool was clean."

"We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property was very clean, in a perfect location, and featured a large family pool and a fire pit. We also enjoyed the restaurant right next door, which had live music and excellent outdoor seating. The staff was very friendly, and Nick, in particular, was a big help. We look forward to returning in the future. Definitely recommend to stay here."

"A small motel built in 1955 with upgrades throughout. This type of motel is repeated throughout coastal Florida and slowly disappearing. Kitchenettes in all rooms with a fridge. We have stayed in the Sea Spray over a dozen times and it never disappoints. Meg the manager, is the bomb. She is super nice, professional and real. She works at a speedy pace nonstop 10-6 to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location to so many fine restaurants without the buzz of downtown is perfect. The beach is a block away and a county park. "

"The entire experience was special, from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our studio was very comfortable. Overlooking both the pool and ocean. Nice to have loungers and umbrellas for hanging at the beach. We had breakfast twice at Cobalt. Very good. Ate at Heatons as well and enjoyed that. My wife and I were vacationing with our two adult daughters. Lovely time. They had massages at the spa and reported it was a spiritual experience! lol"

"Plumbing could be updated or repaired. Room was clean and suitable for my family which included cats. Staff was very accommodating when requesting towels to replace our used towels. Did not request housekeeping as we did not want to be disturbed due to our two cats in our room."
