"We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was a breeze, with Liam being so friendly and helpful, not to mention the fact that we had been upgraded! The room was gorgeous and we made good use of the bathtub. The only blemish on our stay was the fact that the Chromecast didn’t work, however that wasn’t enough to ruin the trip (by a long way). Will return!"

"We stay at the Grand Hyatt, Melbourne every year for our wedding anniversary. Every year we are so impressed with the staff, food & service. The rooms are beautiful and if you opt in for the river view you will be impressed. We also regularly have a message at the Hyatt's Spa, best experience."

"For the rate, this was a very good setup. Room size, amenities, cleanliness, bathroom were all good. Rooms were quiet (great for jet lagged patrons). Daily brunch was a good bargain - upscale/earthy continental plus pick a main and side from hot menu). Location to markets, shopping, and Chinatown without being IN them, was super. Staff were kind and helpful. Also great about holding luggage after checkout when we had a 2 hour layover between venues. Minor drawback - no pool or gym."
