"Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location."

"Rented 2 rooms, was given someone elses room key... walked in and there was a little dog. Had to get back in car & go up to casino for another correct room key. Came back the next day, room key doesn't work... AGAin!! Blow dryer cracked & broken in the other room. During check out, asked for some sort of monetary compesation for the room with the 3 wrong key mixup only to be told that because we booked thru Hotels.com that they couldn't help us. The person in the room with the wrong key cards will never stay there again."

"Its was a very cute and clean place.....fit right in with the Arizona scenery. The view of the mountains from the room was amazing. It was very close to a little shopping area and places to eat as well as soooo many trails to hike. Only slight downside i had was my room was close to The Den ,they're little restaurant, so the music was loud as the walls were thin....but it was usually done by 10pm. Would definitely recommend....great place for solo travelers like myself"

"For the price I thought it would be far nicer. It was disappointing that I paid the price of a pretty nice hotel and got a run down dingy place where I was worried about bedbugs. The staff was nice and the free arcade was fun for the kids. Breakfast was sad. No protein options at all! Only unhealthy food options like donuts, flavored waffles, cereal…"
