"The host was so kind to have a card on the counter to greet us with a message for our friends celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary-there was a bottle of champagne and a key lime pie too! Another great memory each morning was enjoying our coffee on the balcony while witnessing outstanding sunrises! The unit was exactly as envisioned, we used the four kayaks and the bikes. We were all very impressed with Venture Out and the community there on Cudjoe Key. It was a very comfortable unit for the four of us."

"Our family of 4 stayed in this rental for a long weekend. Our kids loved fishing off the back deck and the community pool was very warm with plenty of seats. Everyone in the community was friendly and we had a wonderful experience with Kimberly, the property manager. She was very accessible and answered all of our questions along the way. The only reason we gave this property a 4 star was because a couple of the screen doors didn’t work. One we weren’t able to open and the other we could get to close. Also, we were disappointed in not having more than 1 glass bowl because we like to have oatmeal in the morning. "

"The property was perfectly situated on the water in a quite community. For landlubbers from Missouri, the deck looking over the water was definitely the highlight. So peaceful. The house suited our needs completely but there were several small oversights that could have been easily fixed.
