"The view was Amazing and the sunsets spectacular! Loved The floor to ceiling windows, the pool and the easy access to the open water. Our 28ft Sportsman fit perfectly in the available dock space. Disappointed you are unable to use the boat-lift. Would have paid extra to have boat out of the water as we were there for a month. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed including air fryer, blender, large platters for entertaining both indoors and outdoors. I was concerned about going outside to access the downstairs apartment but it was no problem. (Bring an umbrella though for when it rains. ) It was nice for our adult children to have some privacy and it even has a microwave. There are bikes, kayaks, pool floats and even fishing poles to use. It was really close to a local small grocery store and the neighborhood was quiet. We were very pleased with everything and look forward to staying again soon!"

"This is a perfect place to stay in Summerfield Key. Very nice place and everything you needed for a stay in the keys The property have plenty of room and was very beautiful Miss Hope was very helpful and just a phone call away I would recommend staying here to anybody who wants a beautiful quiet place to stay and relax"

"Wish I could give more stars. I have been going to the Keys every year for the last 40 years. This was by far the best place I have ever rented. It had everything I needed. Plus some added surprises. Michael answered all my questions within minutes. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back."
