"The hotel was VERY clean and well-appointed as hotel kitchenettes go. Everything was new and well maintained. Some curiosities. ZERO closet space. So, for an extended stay facility you mostly had to live out of your suitcase. No ceiling fans. They did provide a floor fan. Biggest issue for us as we only stayed 2 nights, was the shower. It was very roomy with a rainfall head and a wall shower head, but the floor was literally as slippery as wet ice! They did provide a small shower mat that we felt was insufficient in size. If you stepped off the mat, you risked a fall. The bed mattresses were poor at best. Lots of outdoor "toys" and water activities. The grounds were immaculate. We would go back."

"Everything the description states is inaccurate. The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I paid in Full for 2 nights, I was not being returned calls or texts. My husband called not success, here we are sitting 30mins after 6pm still at gate not sure how to get in for a house we paid for. I called the third party I rented the house through, and one person wanted to do a full refund, I was furious after driving 6hrs to get here. Finally, I got them to get me to another person who thankfully helped with finding a gate code but 7pm was here we sat outside in the rain for a whole hour, not happy about that at all. Sure, the house is the correct description, but all bathrooms looked dirty, Top Shower in master bedroom flooded would not drain which was nasty, sinks in master bed were nasty with rust no water pressure, there was sugar ants everywhere from downstairs to upstairs. Did not provide first set of paper towels there was toilet paper on there instead in kitchen, Towels smelled moldy, not clean, I will never rent this place again, they don't even offer credit/refund"

"*Budget Property* We stayed in Cottage #11You get what you pay for, but owner doesn't show much care for the experience. The Good: -AC worked (but you couldn't set it below 75F or it would freeze over)-Refrigerator worked and was clean-Water was hot for showers (but only hot, could not cool it down for a sunburn)-No shared walls with another cottage-Coffeemaker and stove worked-Dock area nice for sitting out (but you may feel like your being watched, fish-bowl)-Pool (we didn't use it, again fish-bowl feeling)The Bad:-Gross, cheap, delipidating property ("old florida style"?) I.e., floor sinking in the bathroom, gross caulking, gross kitchen cabinets-Microwave was broken (could enter numbers but Start button was dead)-Kitchen pots, pans, glassware, and utensils were a bare-bones, thrift-store, falling apart, random, hodge-podge collection that were questionably clean (because they make it the previous tenet's responsibility to clean them)-Stove hood has no exhaust fan or light (don't let the shnazy hood fool you)-Gross and inconvenient pull strings for fan lights, missing fan remotes, etc.-Dock area was FULL of Cassiopeia jelly-fish (sitting upside-down on sea floor), Didn't go swimming, but it would have been a bad experience...-Driveway is narrow, hard to find, and even harder to pull in and out of onto the high way. Dangerous.-The pool, BBQ, and other amenities are hard to enjoy because they are right below another VRBO residence, fishbowl feeling..."

"This place was everything we needed. The location was the perfect combination of secluded but with accessibility to Marathon and Key West. The house had everything we needed. We loved the appliances, the bed, the shower and the wrap-around porch with the swing. And the people managing the property made our visit the best experience from booking to departure. Will book again!"
