"this hotel's front desk staff yesterday (May 16, 2026) are totally incompetent and ignorant of their resposibility, I lined up at the front desk to check in, i booked for 2 rooms, (the 2nd room i paid extra for Lagoon view,) the first guys who we approached assisted us and checked us for 1 room, i was tired and tried to leave the front desk realized i need to be checked in for the second room, so i lined up again, another guy helped me and checked me in for the 2nd room, , when i enter my 2nd room, i found out the it is a regular room (not Lagoon view room) , i went down again , lined up at front desk and complain, and finally, got what I really booked and paid for. I'm a regular customer here, this time, I'm so disappointed , I will stay away from this hotel from now on."
