Located at No. 25 of the complex called Centrale Mazzoni, the apartment is located near the railway station, in a strategic position in order to visit the main attractions of the city. The accommodation is furnished with designer furniture, consisting of a spacious living area with a large double sofa bed, a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a sleeping area with a large double bedroom and a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds; finally, a spacious bathroom with an emotional shower and chromotherapy and Turkish bath functions. Very important: access to the structure does not require the crossing of difficult bridges, except that of Calatrava for those coming from Piazzale Roma (PARK AUTO).

Great Location/Bad Odor
We loved the stay and although we made a mistake regarding our departure date all was smooth.
The only complaint was a urine like smell that permeates the unit. Windows open seemed to help this and we would suggest doing the same.
The air conditioning unit rattles and could easily be fixed.

Close Yet Far From The Maddening Crowds
Great location because you leave the chaos of the train station, walk a short distance and turn down an alley and it gets very quiet and peaceful. The place had plenty of space for the five of us, with three bedrooms, one with bunk beds. Good AC and Wi-Fi. Also a washer and dryer were a big plus. Met all our needs! Communication was excellent as well.

Close to trains and river, but quiet and secluded
The property was clean and well kept - and included amenities you don't normally find like a washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc.
The property is a short walk from the train station, so don't bother with a porter. But do stop for lunch at any of the 3 restaurants in the alley - they were all different but fantastic!
The apartment is quiet, so you'll sleep well, but still close to everything (gondola, shopping, water taxi, car rental, etc).
It was a wonderful place that we (including my wife and 3 teen daughters) all loved
