  • The apartment consists of a Kitchen with a large living room, where you will find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, one bedroom and dressing rooms all rigorously in modern style with warm colors typical of 'Tek' wood. The bright and welcoming bathroom, covered by a mosaic offers you a comfortable shower. Small private courtyard flourished in the warmer months. The apartment offers many comforts such as satellite TV, wi-fi connection with internet key (we do not provide a pc), air conditioning, heating system, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer.

    The Sestiere of Cannaregio in which the apartment is located, and more specifically ' Calle delle Muneghe ' offers many attractions for tourists who want to stay in an area served by the Venetian markets, typical shops, and restaurants that offer excellent cuisine. The most known way to reach Rialto and San Marco is called 'Strada Nuova”, which is a few minutes far from the apartment, along “Rio della Sensa.' The vaporetto stop more convenient is Sant 'Alvise only few minutes walk from the apartment.

The area around the apartment is very quite away from the crowd and noise of the main attractions, while still a 20 minutes walk away. Perfect stay in Venice

Super clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area of Cannareggio. Walk 1-2 blocks and you are in a great area with great coffee, bars, and all kinds of food from great easy pizza to high end dining. You can walk to St. Marc’s in 25 minutes, but honestly Cannareggio was our happy place.

Nice VRBO In Venice!

Off the beaten path, which considering the current visitation status of Venice , is a plus. Very nice spot in a bedroom community of Venice. Some construction/rebuild nearby but still very quiet. Great apartment, nice decor and amenities. Daniela was great!

Absolutely top notch accommodations and host!

The apartment had all up to date amenities with plenty of room. It was very clean and was everything we could wish for. Any help needed, the host was very accommodating. It was close to the water bus, close walking distance to all areas of Venice and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Loved it abs if we did a second trip it would be at this apartment!

Lovely apartment in quiet part of venice

We stayed in this apartment in August as family with two children. The apartment was lovely with modern equipment, two very comfortable beds (inc one sofa bed) and the essential air conditioning! My mom and I had the pleasure of staying here on our quick trip to Venice. We were overjoyed, the home was so beautiful and clean. Also the bed was so comfy which is very important when you are tired from vacation. We both slept better here than we had on our entire vacation. It was decorated beautifully, its location was perfect, and the owner was so kind to provide lots of recommendations. Everything we needed was provided, even things we didn’t know we needed. Short but sweet visit to Venezia

Daniela was an amazing host. The communication was clear and detailed. The luxury loft apartment was just that. The bed was comfortable, it seemed to have been renovated recently as all appliances seemed brand new. We took the water bus to get to the loft but we could have walked to it in 15 minutes as our luggage was light. Nice quiet location with lots of restaurants nearby. 15 miute walk to Rialto Bridge. We'd definitely stay again.

Lovely Apartment in Venice

Look no further. This apartment was perfect. Daniela has great taste in decoration, and the apartment was very clean upon arrival. The check in process was smooth all thanks to Daniela's thorough instructions on how to get to the place and check in properly. Would definitely stay here again. An oasis in busy Venice

We loved our stay here. The property was as described and also easy to manage. The owner met us at the taxi stop and showed us to the lodgings; this was a kindness as we might not have found it otherwise. From there, everything was easy. There were restaurants and grocery shopping close by but the best part was staying in a residential area of Venice with few tourists. It was quiet and easy to get to and from. We could even walk into the heart of Venice and find our way back. A lovely time. I will definitely stay here again! (Also, the unit is accessible though may be hard of access because of bridges to get to/from the apartment to other areas for those with mobility issues).

This was the perfect place for myself and my adult daughter. The beds (Daniela had arranged for the sofa bed to be made and was ready when we arrived) were comfortable and everything was clean. Daniela gave excellent instructions on checking in and out and provided us with several local recommendations for dining and getting around. Dishes were ample and tea, coffee, salt, etc... were on hand. We loved the location. Close enough for a quick walk to the city center, but in a neighborhood that was less crowded and noisy. The grocery store was a few minutes walk away and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. The ferry was also an easy walk. If I ever make it to Venice again would love to stay in this exact spot!

Perfect Base to Explore Venice

We can't rate this property highly enough. Tucked away in a quiet area of Venice, but not too far from the Grand Canal and transport links to the whole city. Our stay was perfect. We arrived at the airport and were met from the water taxi and shown to the property, just a 5 minute walk from the first water taxi stop. As soon as we entered we were delighted with the ice cool air conditioning, and the delightful decor of the apartment. The space within the kitchen/living room is excellent and we used the fold down bed for our children which was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The main bedroom is beautifully decorated with exposed beams. There is ample storage and the bedroom leads into a high quality bathroom with an excellent shower. Our days out in Venice were memorable, and so was our stay in this beautiful apartment. If you are planning a visit to Venice and would like your own quiet space to return to, then look no further!

a true gem in the heart of Venice

We can not say enough positives about this little apartment in Venice. 1. Daniella, our host was amazing, met us at the vaporrato stop and got us situated, Daniella was easy to reach and checked in on us throughout our stay. 2. The apartment was perfect for 2, super clean, comfortable bed, laundry with a great dryer, and very nice bathroom. safe safe neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores (there are 2 in a 5min walk) and the train/ bus/ vaporatto. 3. There is nothing like Venice after dark, quiet, and romantic. 4. easy access to all that Venice is famous for, evening walks to San Marco were delightful. We felt like we were part of the local culture after 9 days and loved every minute of our vacation. Grazie mille Daniella for making our 30th anniversary perfect :)

Look No Further

This apartment was perfect. The check in and check out process was smooth with great communication with Daniella from booking to departure. This was our last stop in Italy and we definitely saved the best for last. We were sorry we weren’t staying for longer. The neighborhood is very quiet but still within walking distance to most everything we needed. The apartment had everything you could possibly need: hair dryer, adapters & even wash cloths! The washer & dryer were a big plus after 10 days in Italy She left us a bottle of Prosecco & cookies to make our anniversary trip so special. We appreciated it so much but unfortunately we ran out of time to drink the Prosecco. Hopefully the next renters had more time to enjoy it. Daniella was very diligent in everything she did. We have stayed in many VRBO’s over the years and kudos to Daniella for making the top of the list with her communication, coordination & hospitality. If we are ever fortunate enough to make it back to Venice we would definitely seek out a Daniella apartment.

Daniela was an excellent host. Very communicative throughout the whole process from booking to check out. Her apartment was fantastic, even more charming than the pictures. I really appreciated all of the small details such having European outlet adapters available, bottles of water in the fridge, and a dish of candies on the kitchen counter to welcome us. The location was as promised, quiet, outside of the bustle of the main tourist area, but a close enough walk that we had no problem reaching shops, restaurants, and local attractions. This was my favorite of three places that we stayed during our trip. I highly recommend it!

Daniela was a terrific hostess. She met us at our Alilaguna stop and walked us to our home away from home. Canneregio is a fantastic neighborhood, away from the hustle bustle. Only a 30 minute walk to St. Mark Square. Daniela provided us with many dining recommendations and touristy spots. Would highly recommend. So nice to see the city after hours.
