Situated in the beating heart of Venice, this apartment which takes its name from the Venetian court where it lies, enjoys an amazing position, just a few steps far from St. John and Paul Church, ten minutes far from Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark Square, ten minutes far from Fondamente Nove from where you will have connections to Lido and Giudecca, Murano, Burano and Torcello islands.
Perfect for a couple or families who wish to live Venice being relaxed and breathe the atmosphere of this ancient and wonderful town.
Newly restored and cozy flat is situated on the first floor (without a lift). The apartment features a spacious double room with a king size bed, a living room where you will find a very comfortable convertible sofa suitable for two and a dining table, a modern, fully equipped kitchenette, everything decorated with taste and style. At the end of your walking day, you may relax enjoying a warm bath in winter or doing a cool shower to refresh from the eat of summer days...this is what the bathroom offers. The apartment is equipped with independent central heating, air conditioning, wifi Internet connection, satellite TV, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironboard, kettle, toaster, Italian and American coffee machine, babycot, bathtub. The area where the apartment is located is a very Venetian area served by local shops, cafés, restaurants and cichetterie where you may enjoy a wide choice of delicious Venetian meals together with the flavour of the typical aperitif which is called spritz served with a variety of wonderful appetizers.

Owner is very responsive and helpful. All the amenities we needed—best since we’ve been in Europe (we have been in 5 cities in 17 days). Very comfortable, highly recommend. Full kitchen was great, we were able to cook for my daughter with food allergies.

Ideal location, layout, host

Gorgeous clean comfortable flat in Cannaregio. An easy seven minute walk from where the boat drops you off coming from the airport. Short 8-15 minute walk through cute side streets and over towns to get to San Marco, Rialto, wherever. Many local cafes and restaurants. Our favorite part was being in a quieter (but not quiet) neighborhood so we could go out and stroll around past cafes and churches and neat nooks and bridges without being overwhelmed by the masses you run into closer to the main squares. Air conditioner and fan worked well. WiFi good. Dishes/ dishsoap/ shampoo/ conditioner all provided. Five minutes to the grocery store for essential snacks/food (full kitchen). Daniela was responsive and helpful. Can’t imagine a better spot in Venice. If it’s available, just book it.

The apt was great. Christina met us at the boat. Very nice and helpful! The apt was precious! Experienced living as a person of Venice. The only gripe we had was not being able to get hold of Daniela a lot of times when we called or texted. Once there, your are completely alone, no hearing from Daniela again! Refused 1 extra day to stay, never checked up on us

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. Dans un quartier tranquille, à quelques minutes à pied des principales attractions. La communication avec Daniela était facile. L’enregistrement automatique et les vidéos pour se repérer lors de notre arrivée furent appréciés puisque cela peut être difficile de s’orienter à Venise. Le logement était propre et accueillant. The apartment is tucked away,along with other apartments. Close to a couple of bakeries & resturants. Very quiet & the apartment was well appointed. We walked all over the place from the apartment. Daniela was very friendly & very helpful. She had someone meet us when we arrived by water bus & she took us to the apt. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t ask for a better apartment

Our family of 3 traveled here from the USA, and couldn’t be happier. Very well stocked with everything you could need including coffee, plenty of towels, bedding and other extras. The manager was very easy to communicate with and was able to get us into the apartment as soon as we arrived well before check in. The place is located walking distance to everything you need, yet away from the congestion of the main tourist areas of Venice. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would not even try looking for another apartment.

A great stay!

The stay could not have been better. The apartment was far enough away from the tourist areas to not be overrun, but close enough to visit within a 10-15 minute walk. Everything we needed was nearby; plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The host contacted us before we arrived and told us where to meet her, then led us to the apartment and gave us a tour of the amenities. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Short stay in Venice

We were so impressed with the booking. From the minute we booked until after we left, the communication was prompt and amazing. We were given detailed instructions on how to get there. The apartment was beautifully decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a short flight of stairs but compared to other peoperties we stayed at these were the most modern and easy (we had both checked and carry on baggage). There are many quaint stores and restaurants close by. We were given maps, and recommendations, including helping arrange a private tour of a glass factory. Highly recommend and if/when we go back, we will definitely check for openings.

Beautiful spot

We stayed at this residence for two nights, it was extremely clean, spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, bathrooms had extra stock of everything needed. Kitchen was quite well stocked also, if you wanted to cook in the room. The hosts were very accessible via WhatsApp, and provided very good recommendations as to where to eat and visit throughout Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this to others.

Enjoyed our stay in Venice (minus the rainy weather) the apartment was perfect, had everything we needed and more. It was clean and cozy and easy to find with the incredible directions provided. Perfect oasis for a hot summer in Venice

Lovely apartment. AC was excellent despite the heat. Many amenities: well stocked kitchen, local recommendations and personal touches. It was a great place to return to during the scorching afternoons.

Great apartment!

We are a family of three traveling with one teenager. This apartment was great for us in every way. It’s in a very charming and less touristy neighborhood where we found great restaurants. Also, communication with Daniel was great and she gave us a video that showed us exactly how to find the apartment. The apartment is very well appointed and has everything you could need for comfort. There is no view or balcony, but we really didn’t spend that much time in the apartment mostly just used it to sleep and get ready every day. It is decorated very well and it is very sweet. The beds are very comfortable.
