The apartment is located in a private and quiet setting in a residential area of Venice, just a short walk from traditional restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport. It’s easily accessible on foot or by public transport from Piazzale Roma and the train station.<br>I’m Venetian and I love to travel, but every time I return to Venice, I get just as excited as if I were a tourist!<br>The apartment is located in a residential area of Venice, away from the noise of the city. You’ll be able to experience your stay just like a true Venetian! The apartment is located in the area where some of the great Venetian painters of the 1900s—such as Morandi, De Pisis, Vedova, Tito, and others—once lived. Nearby, you’ll find supermarkets and the characteristic fruit and vegetable boat at the Ponte dei Pugni near Cà Rezzonico (an important 18th-century museum). The apartment is just a stone’s throw from San Sebastiano, where you can admire Paolo Veronese’s work along with other architectural masterpieces. Not far away, you can take a stroll along the Zattere on the Giudecca Canal all the way to the Church of the Salute, where you’ll be treated to a spectacular view of St. Mark’s Basin directly ahead and the island of San Giorgio to your right. It’s easily accessible on foot or by public transport from Piazzale Roma and the train station.
