Raised ground floor apartment overlooking the canal, consisting of one bedroom with two queen-size beds and one single bed, two bathrooms with shower, living room with sofa, and kitchenette equipped with microwave and toaster.

There is a sofa bed in the apartment.



On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. All apartments are also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a free Wi-Fi line.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
