It was a very historic building but the rooms were cut, clean, spacious and nice. It is walking distance to Piazza San Marco and very close to the port. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and churches nearby. The host was very kind and showed us around the area. The service was very good and the room was ready before check-in time. I really appreciated it.

Love the place, close to everything. Morena is a lovable lady and easy to reach. She is very helpful for our water taxi and airport transport. House is clean and fresh. Definitely would come back❤️.

Beautiful stay in Venice

We enjoyed our stay in Venice. A few things - we were a party of 13 and surprised to find this isn’t actually 1 home, but 2 separate apartments. I probably wouldn’t have rented it had I known. The bottom apartment has no sitting room, just a dining area in the kitchen, so for spending time all together we had to be upstairs. There is also no washing machine, just to note. I assumed there would be with such a large home. All that said, the apartments were lovely, clean, and quiet, and the host was helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

This experience was everything we could’ve asked for and more! The place was spotless and in great condition. The apartment was well equipped and next to a supermarket so we could enjoy breakfast in Venice. I loved that the apartment was close enough to San Marco Square to be walkable but far away enough to be close to local spots. I want to give a special thanks to Morena for being so kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout this experience. This place is lovely.

The apartment was awesome - truly as beautiful as in the images! The location was great - we enjoyed being within easy walking distance to main attraction, but without crowds or noise. There even is a grocery shop conveniently close by. Communication with Morena worked great. We visited as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers), and it was perfect. Can recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice!

Don’t judge it by its cover!

It doesn’t look like much from the outside but it is fully renovated and very comfortable . Location is also excellent! 8 minute walk to Piazza San Marco!

Absolutely fantastic!!!

This apartment is outstanding!!! Everything is as advertised, the condition is ‘as new’, the location is ideal (quiet neighborhood, 100 yards to a good grocery store, 300 yards to the nearest bunch of restaurants and 8 mins to Piazza San Marco). We were picked up at the water bus stop by a very friendly and helpful representative, who walked with us to the apartment (5 min walk) and provided us with valuable information and tips. We had a fantastic weekend stay here! Highly recommended!!!

Morena was outstanding Brilliant apartment in a more quiet part of Venice Well appointed and lovely We have two suggestions: 1. Internet only really works in the kitchen/living room 2. If you are there for more than one to two nights, more towels are needed. There is no washing machine These points are minor Thoroughly recommend this apartment group and Morena

Beautiful apartment, so beautifully decorated with attention to detail; very clean, spotless fresh bedding and all conveniences... Excellent location, supermarket is just couple of steps away, across the bridge, which was very convenient and important for our family as we usually have breakfast at home. Italian products are so fresh and delicious. Great communication!!! Very pleasant experience overall! Apartment is on the top floor, ( which also made it full of soft light) and has couple of flights of stairs, we were OK with that but note to older people. Thank you! We would be back! :)
