The apartment located in Venice, in the district of Santa Croce, near the ancient church of San Simeon Grande.
The apartment is in a central area very easy to reach from the train station and Piazzale Roma (bus terminal of Venice) and very well connected to every area of the city. Most of the attractions are walking distance from the apartment however there is also at less than 100 meters from the apartment the vaporetto (water bus) stop of "Riva de Biasio" from where you can reach any place in Venice without having to walk.
The apartment is large (130 square meters) and has just been completely refurbished. It is equipped with all comforts, three 51 inch televisions, air conditioning and wi-fi. There are 2 bedroom with King size (each bedroom also has a single bed). Each bedroom has a 51 inch smart TV, AC and free wifi. There is a spacious living room with 51 inch flat TV, AC and free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, etc.), a dining room and large bathroom.

Was perfect for our one night stay coming in by train. Was only about 6 min from train station. Costante’s assistant met at one of the water taxi stops near that and took us to the apartment. The apartment was very neat and clean. 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers were great for our family of 6. It was nice as they had a king in one bedroom and a bigger bed

Pleasant stay

2 night stay mid March. Host was pleasant. Brought us to apartment from meeting point and gave quick tour. Unit was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms had a sewage smell, but the other bathroom was fine. Had some mosquitoes getting into apartment as well (despite closing windows). Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Charming spot for first time in Venice

Spacious and clean, loved the 2 bathrooms for our family of 5. Great kitchen. Nice AC except livingroom unit hose needed to be connected better to the wall. Convenient, quiet location. It was so nice to be met at the pier and an easy walk with all our luggage to the apartment .We would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful place a bit out of the way but nice and quiet. I feel we were robbed for the tourist tax but not sure it was a bit confusing and I can seem to get the host to respond.

Quiet spot

My spouse and I stayed here, and we liked it quite a bit. I thought it was a nice quiet area and it’s really close to the water bus system to get around which is nice. There are a lot of beds and places to sleep, much suited for a family or group of friends. The only thing I was not a fan of was that there is NOT a bath tub as listed, but rather two showers in separate bathrooms. They recently renovated, separating the one into two. Great for some, we just didn’t need that.

There's not a bad location in Venice, although this apartment is a bit of a walk from the train station. The owner provided thorough, well-written directions to find the apartment. Venice is incredible, so we weren't in the apartment much.

Host never responded to messages from date of booking 6 months prior. On day of stay I finally called and he quickly got off the phone with me by saying that he would call me back. He then cancelled the reservation. By looking at other recent reviews this is a pattern for this property and this property should not be allowed on VRBO.

We planned a 4 day stay in Venice and chose Venice Central cozy apartment. Very spacious apartment. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room and kitchen. Very responsive property manager. He went out of the way to accommodate our early stay. Very well connected with the Vapparato system for travel. 1 min walk from Water taxi station and 5 min walk from Train station. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a stay in venice.
