Magnificent and bright loft recently renovated in the most exclusive location in the city, located in the historic centre of Venice just 200 metres from St Mark's Square. The apartment consists of an area with a complete small kitchen, dining table for two people, a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with window and shower. From the 4 windows, a stunning view of Venice and St Mark's bell tower. Third floor. The host will welcome you from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be arranged upon request, with adequate notice.



Important: all bookings with check-in before 1 June 2025 will be made in "self check-in" mode, without additional costs.
