The splendid suite, located in Giudecca, is part of the monumental complex of the MOLINO STUCKY (1850), recently restored together with the Hilton Hotel.
Direct connection from the railway station, from the airport and from the Tronchetto parking lot with scheduled boats.
The apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the complex as well as providing all the comforts (WI / FI, A. C. and independent heating, TV SAT, CD / DVD player, lift), is a small palace of 80 square meters furnished by Venetian architects with lacquered furniture, using delicate colors that give it a romantic look.
It consists of a comfortable dining room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, 1 large bathroom with tub and shower and 1 bedroom.
From the windows of the apartment you can enjoy the view of the gardens of the Hilton Hotel and a glimpse of the Lagoon and the Lido island. It is possible to use the SPA and Fitness of H. for a fee Hilton as well as the hotel restaurant and pub with spectacular views of Venice.
The area is full of typical restaurants, cicchetterie, pizzerias, pubs, sandwich shops, craft shops, etc.
Venice never ceases to amaze being at the center of an exceptional cultural circuit where artistic, theatrical, musical, cinematographic, museums, exhibitions of various types are concentrated.

Property manager Rosina is a star. She was always there for us and always helpful. We were three seniors and she had the pull out bed made and ready when we arrived. Location is perfect once you figure out how the vaporetti system works.

Had a fab 4 day break in Venice, the location of the stucky house apartment was ideal. The apartment is a very short trip by water taxi across the lagoon. It was great to leave the mainland after a days touring to be able to enjoy a restaurant meal on Giudecca island. The apartment was as described, in a quiet complex, very secure, with local amenities, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. The apartment was clean, spacious, wifi connected, had impressive air con and was a great relaxing retreat from a day touring. Would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting venice.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is beautiful, big, the kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need and the host was very friendly and help with tips for vaporetto and restaurants.

Wonderful Venice Apartment

The apartment was a terrific place to stay for our six-night time in Venice. It was clean, comfortable and had all the features as depicted in the listing. We made good use of the washing machine. The nearby Prix grocery store was convenient, although we took most of our primary meals at various cafes, both on Giudecca (we liked the quietness of that island) and in Venice. It was easy to take Vaporetto to the other islands. Mrs. Rosina was an excellent property manager - so friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay in Venice

Located in Guidecca, this was a perfect home base for our stay in Venice. We were met by the property manager who gave us keys and a tour of the property. When the elevator was found to need service, Rosina even helped carry our bags. The apartment was set up in anticipation of our arrival with an already made pullout bed and extra towels (we often have to request towels for the third person in our party), and Rosina dropped off extra paper products later in our stay so there was plenty on site. Prior contact with the host was also simple with easy to follow directions. Our favorite stay during our trip.

Quiet Romance Awaits

Loved location just across from Venice once we figured out the vaporetti(water taxis). Quiet area, great local trattorias nearby, easy access to water taxis, good kitchen supplies although we didn’t cook. It was nice to have a relaxing space to spend our evening after busy days out exploring.

Quiet and spacious

We are very happy we chose this property for many reasons. Very spacious, quiet and secure with everything necessary provided. Reception was excellent even on short notice, thanks Rosina. Vaporetto passes allowed us to go everywhere easily.

Really great stay

Excellent property, very clean. Wife stated is a cute apartment and really loved it. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to rent this property again. Rosina was a great host and took care of small problems that arose. This property definitely gets five stars.

Wonderful Appartment

We like Lucrezias appartment very much. It is, for us, in the very best area of Venice, in actually the same building as the Molino Stucky Hilton, very comfortable and very quiet. We stayed there last year, this year, and will come back next year again.

Perfect apartment for a couple visiting Venice

The property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The location is great for exploring Venice (as long as you have a ferry-pass). Everything in the apartment worked...fast WiFi, laundry, kitchen, shower, etc. The check-in and check-our process with Rosina was flawless. Her communication was excellent and she couldn't have been nicer. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Nice stay @ La Giudecca

Large but cosy and well equipped appt; good and very quiet location. Easy transfer to airport with the alilaguna. Rosina gave me a very warm and punctual welcome and all the necessary info.1 minus point: the site says that you can use the Hilton swimmingpool( paying) but this isn't so. Rosina has tried invain to persuade the hotel manager😉 this info should be removed from the site because it creates false expectations.

Perfectly Lovely

As lovely or better than it appears in the photos. The apartment has an elevator to the 3rd floor and is all on one level. Bed is comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Pleasant restaurants and small market/pharmacy and bakery within easy walking distance -great to return to the quiet neighbourhood after a day in Venice- easy vaporetto ride. Would definitely stay again-Thanks so much

Overall good but a few issues

Nice manager but I don’t think the listing is completely accurate and there were a few issues like the laundry was broken, toilet was rigged in order to work. I was given an address in an email and it changed in a whatsup message she sent me later, the hot tub is a package you can buy at the spa next door. If the listing was up front, this would be good place to stay. Very clean, full condo, beautiful bathroom etc

Molino Stucky experience

We were very happy to stay in this apartment. Everything was clean and it has all one needs while travelling. There is one bedroom and one living room inkluding a kitchen niche. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and relaxing, whereas the couch in the living room was not that nice but ok to sleep for a couple of days. The location on Giudecca was super, - it is not in the touristic center of the city but you can reach it quite quickly and there is a direct line 4.1. to the Giardini and Arsenale. There is also a barrier-free bridge from the vaporetto stop Sacca Fisola (for those who are travelling with a stroller for example).

A nice break away from the crowd

The property comes exactly as it shows in the photos, and is actually a little more spacious than it looks. We were granted early check-in which really helped us, and the lady we were dealing with, Rosina, was quick with communicating on WhatsApp and was great to deal with. The only problem with the location is that you have to remember to factor in the cost of a vaporetto pass for each person staying and add that to the cost of the stay to truly get a read on the cost per night for your stay. Also, you have to figure out the vaporetto schedule and try to add that into your daily schedule. It can take you 20 minutes to get to the train station once your vaporetto comes or it can take you 35 minutes depending on which one you take but you don’t really know which one will come first. As long as you don’t have to be anywhere quickly then you don’t have to worry.

This is our second stay at this Vrbo - Rosina welcomed us to the unit and gave clear answers for all of our questions - the unit is spacious and very well equipped- I cook at least one meal a day and was pleased to have a few staples provided-oil, vinegar, salt and coffee
