Stay away.this place is fraud - not a nice building - horrible dark bleak apartment with cheap fixtures - I didn't see a room like this and I didn't stay. NOT near the train. Office not near the train either which was critical for me. The real santa lucia is. I think they want to make you think they are the Hotel Santa Lucia. There is not connection at all with the Santa Lucia train station or any street named that. Looks like a low-income tenament . And the price too high for this location or condition. I didn't stay after a scarey incident. No need to go there with so many other great choices! Stayed at the Villa DellaRosa for the entire 4 day stay. The young women checking me in however was very nice.

On arriving at the property early evening we were a bit put off by the darkness inside, however once we opened the shutters and got some light in we were a lot happier. Good beds, nice little kitchen area, the Wi-fi needed resetting and air con in the bedroom didn’t work hence fans supplied. We wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again. Lovely quiet residential area with restaurant and bars within strolling distance and the grand canal 5 minutes walk away if you don’t get lost!

Nice place for family stay

一间很干净舒服的民宿，设施都齐备，地点靠近Sant Lucia火车站，但要先去别的地方check in拿钥匙，总体还是非常满意～
