Red House close to @Accademia Bridge

The access to the apartment is by a luxurious independent staircase leading to the vestibule, illuminated by a typical mullioned window.

From here you enter a large room-study-library with comfortable sofas and satellite TV.

Continuing, we find a bright dining room embellished by the Doge (the iconic table of the great architect Carlo Scarpa) and open onto a well-equipped kitchen.

The corridor leads to two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, one with a shower. Also from the corridor leads to the walk-in closet in front of the 2 double bedrooms with very high ceilings and to the staircase that goes up to the attic where there are 2 single beds; it is lit from above by a large electric skylight.

Our time in Venice was wonderful and we greatly enjoyed our stay the Red House. We enjoyed being near enough to walk to almost everything but on a quiet canal. The house was beautiful, clean and plenty big enough for our family of 6. We highly recommend staying here.

Our family of 5 loved our stay in this beautiful home along the canal in Venice. Very comfortable for us and we have 3 older teenagers. Walkable to everything and very clean. Had everything we needed and we can't wait to come back!

Great location. Great property. An oasis for your familly near Accadamia bridge. We could not ask for better. The local person met us very late due to our flight delays and the check in process was perfect . The host helped arrange everything we asked. Very top recommendation from my Canadian family!

Wonderful stay in Venice!

We had a wonderful two nights in Venice! The apartment is close to everything, including gelato, restaurants, and activities. Murano glass just around the corner and of course the gondolas and canals. Very clean, nice bathrooms, great space for 5 adults. There are even some cards and puzzles and spaces to relax. Cannot say enough great things about it! Venice is lovely! Thank you

A Great Stay

This was a great place for our trip to Venice! It was nice to be in a quieter neighborhood but still have so many great restaurants and bars close by. Couldn't ask for a better location for waking around the city. Beds were all comfy and the place was well stocked. Downsides we're the showerhead and the roof did spring a leak into the apartment during a particular hard downpour.

Wonderful Christmas getaway!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay over Christmas. It was in a great location! It was clean and well stocked! They even had a Christmas tree!! The only trouble we had was we couldn’t get the oven to heat! We enjoyed our time there and made many wonderful memories.

The property was great and as described. We loved the living area with the library. The location was amazing. 15 min tho St. Marks but far enough away to have a neighborhood feel. Close to art museums.

Perfect location out of the crowd with easy access to San Marco and vaporettos. Spacious apartment with beautiful main room. Recommend water taxi to and from the airport for door to door experience and a nice overview. Fabulous apartment in terrific location

We were only in Venice for a couple of nights and this apartment was wonderful in every way. Great location if you don't want to be with noisy tourists, yet well within walking distance of everything. We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a super apartment

We had a super time in the Red House. Excellent location to explore Venice but quiet position away from the main crowds. Everything we required was within a short walk. Lots of space to relax when back at Red House and our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Apartment, Great Location

This is our third trip to Venice and the Red House was by far our favorite place where we've stayed. The property was spacious, well laid out and unique. The location is great. The neighborhood is full of life but not touristy. You are a few steps from cafes, groceries, restaurants and the Academia water bus stop.

What a perfect artists pad. So conveniently located . The apt was emaculate and a perfect location right on the canal. The added bonus was the piano which my classical pianist son loved , fearing he would not have any practice while we were away. This place couldn’t be more perfect for our family and friends. Loved Venice loved this place , all the stars !
