I like the location. Overall clean and the kitchen is nice. The only thing I don’t like is there is no elevator especially we have heavy luggage. Otherwise almost perfect and ideal choice.

We were greeted outside the building and provided a brief introduction. The room was CLEAN and the fridge was stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks. The building is located a brief walk from the train station and just around the corner from the canal. We are disappointed our stay was only for one night but we appreciated your hospitality.

This was a nice place to stay in a good area of Venice. It was within walking distance from a grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. The WiFi was inconsistent but otherwise the kitchen, bedroom, and bathrooms had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

This apartment was off the beaten path just around the corner from a small canal. We were on the 3rd floor, there’s no elevator, so that was a hike. View from the room to see the canal we had to stick our head out of the window and look to the right. The staff was extremely welcoming, a surprise of snack was a welcomed surprise! We loved our stay here. Would recommend!

Honestly, this is one the best places I've ever stayed is in the middle of everything cery close to the station, the amenities are excellent, and last but not least, great guest care from Ms. Nicole and the team, this is definitely 10 /10 highly recommended

Great property! Easy to check in and get signed in. Property was very clean and closely located and in walking distance to food and shopping. The apartment door was probably the most secure door I've ever seen.
