AC works great, the common area has great view to the Canal and I really loved it. The location is excellent, less than 10 min from the train station and close to shopping/dining but the house was greatly quiet.

Property was amazing. No real room view but the canal view from the common area - Amazing! Room was very comfortable. Property was safe and everything was in walking distance.

Best Stop of the Trip.

We had an amazing time in Venice. The accommodations were very nice, clean and safe. The location is really perfect, and the view of the cannel was soooo cool. We can't wait to come back

Excellent location right by the train station, so we did not have to struggle or take a water taxi with all of our luggage. The property manager sent email communications with clear instructions. The room was clean and spacious!

The room was satisfactory enough. A few things to note, the shower was a bit scary for safety reasons. Almost fell a few times because of the weird gap between the shower and bathroom floor. Also, there was no place to put luggage or hang things. The room was very bare and not very functional. The bed was not really comfortable either. Otherwise it was in a clean, safe building, close to the train station and was satisfactory.

Ah Venice

Lovely apartment in ideal area. Clean and tidy. Spacious. Few lovely restaurants in the square or just a few minutes walk over the bridge. Apartment within walk distance of main venice attractions. Can get to apartment from airport by water bus or train. Would recommend kettle with some tea/coffee facilities in apartment rather than communal area nice to have in room instead.

The location is best. The room has windows directly to the Grand Canal. But inside the room was very cold and humid. The heating wasn’t working and the heating batteries were not regulated in any way. Also we found many mosquitoes in the room. The kitchen was nice and well equipped.

Great view and great valie

We booked a canal view room for our family of 4. The view is beautiful. Room and bathroom is very clean and looks recently renovated. Communication was clear and they were quick to respond. We utilized the shared dining/kitchen area as it seemed we were the only guests staying. Love this place for the location. We arrived by train and did not have to worry about the stairs. It was only a few minutes from station. I highly recommend!

This property was clean and convenient to the train station. There is a communal kitchen area with plates, cups, etc. The ice machine did not work. There is a Nespresso machine in the kitchen area, however, aside from the welcome pack that is given- there is no coffee available unless you walk down the block to get it at a coffee shop. There are eateries and shopping close by.

I didn’t even check in because I received check in instructions too late. Suppose I should be able to check in at 3:00pm, but I got the instructions after 5:00pm. I got there by 1:00pm, and I found that is an empty house. No one was inside. I tried everything I can to contact them. But they all failed. I waited until 4:30pm. I don’t want sleep on the street, so I found another hotel and checked in. It is really a terrible experience. I deserve a full refund.

This was well worth every penny. The view was outstanding and to sit and relax in the balcony with a glass of wine after walking through Venice all day was so relaxing. I wish I could wake up there everyday. Was clean and modern. Didn’t use much of the shared kitchen but everything was there. All I can say is book this accommodation you will not regret it.

SAVE YOURSELF FROM TROUBLE

TOURISTS STAY AWAY PLEASE. Communication is so terrible! Lady on the phone was not polite at all and phone signal is very weak! When we arrived there, no person in charge is on site. So we had to call them and during the phone call, the lady said we had to pay tourist tax first. After that, they will send you a link to verify identity in which you have to send all the details and passport photos of all persons teaveling with you. I did all that but their website doesn't work at the end. It just refreshes and goes back from the beginning to where you have to put all the details of travelers and take a photo of all passports. It was so frustrating plus having a clerk who wasn't willing to help you at and just told us "I can't help you." End of story, we had to find another hotel to stay because this place lacks the information you need prior to getting in. Our stay was fully paid. I had to file a dispute from my bank because of so much frustration this place gave us.

This property was completely misleading and felt like a scam. Named and listed as a hotel with a canal view, it was anything but. Hard to find and no staff on site. We booked a room with a “canal view” and instead got a window facing a brick wall. The room was tiny with no space to walk around the bed. Felt like a shoe box. We paid for a deluxe room with a king bed and received a full bed instead - not big enough for two people. Immediately after arriving to the property, we politely called the host who was rude and unhelpful. Expedia reached out to the host on our behalf who denied their call. Would not recommend.
