This was a great location and perfect accommodation for our stay. It was centrally located but was quiet enough at night. The roof top terrace is a great option and the whole apartment is newly renovated and very clean. I would highly recommend this location for a couple. The check-in process was great. I can see why they get high ratings. Very well managed.

Such a sweet loft. We were met as we got off the vaporetto and assisted to the loft. It was so clean and well fitted out with everything we need. You can tell that it is well cared for and the guests are their priority. The host communicated with us to assist with everything we need which made the experience even easier. We loved it and definitely recommend

The best short-term rental ever!

Fabulous, beautiful, and well-equipped apartment that is ideally located a short 10-minute walk from San Marco. Gianni and his team made check-in a breeze and were very responsive to questions.Highly recommended!

Great stay

Stayed here for a couple nights. Location is great and place is beautiful. Roof top terrace is very nice. We met with Daniella who showed us to the property and we’re glad she did because we never would have found it.

Spacious and light-filled apartment near Arsenale-

The spacious apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and maintained, with a lovely roof deck and natural light. The owner and their assistants were easy to communicate with and very helpful! Loved the location near the Arsenale vaporetto stop fire convenience but in a quiet neighborhood! Highly recommend.

This place was perfection

We felt very safe staying in this place. Walked literally everywhere except from train station and airport. There were great restaurants right nearby, our favorite coffee shop right there. We really enjoyed this spot. The host was so kind and helpful. The place was clean and exactly as described. We loved Venice and would definitely want to stay here again on next visits !

Great location

Our stay in Venice was lovely. Thank you to Daniella for meeting us at the Vaporetto stop and walking us to the apartment. The apartment is in a great neighborhood and we loved sitting on the roof deck in the morning and at the end of the day to relax and unwind.

Beautiful loft

We had a great time here, the loft was beautiful, clean, and very safe/secure. It is close to restaurants and a very short walk to major attractions. The host was very kind and available. We really enjoyed our time in Venice and in the loft!

Lovely Apartment

We loved our stay at this beautiful, modern apartment. The terrace had such lovely views of the neighboring roof tops! Very convenient and centrally located, while also being private and tucked away inside a little alley way. A great bed, and enough space to relax. Thanks so much for this lovely place to stay!!

Wonderful visit to Venice and Biennale 2024

The appartment is very well located in Castello with Vaporetto Stop Arsenale, the Biennale area, plenty restaurants and San Marco in easy reach. The appartment is good and fully furnished; it's a place to feel at home from the start. We had a very good time here and would return any time.

Wonderful!

The loft in Venice was perfect! Located in a nice quiet area, just about a 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco and close plenty of food options and to the vaporetto stations. The place was very clean with all the necessary accommodations for an apartment. Daniella greeted us at the Arsenale station and walked us to the apartment, showed us around and provided some great suggestions for food. We had an amazing time visiting Venice! Grazie!

Great place to stay!

This place was a perfect location. Close to all the attractions but not in the middle of it. Having the patio was great and we made use of the washing machine. We were met for check and got some great advice on places to eat. Check out was super simple. No complaints - would highly recommend.

Relaxing and Amazing

The apt was spotless, comfortable, located in a quiet but safe area in Venice. It was very easy to walk to the water and the main attractions. Gianni and Daniella were great communicators, helpful with information for getting around in Venice. Daniella met us at the vaporetto - which was really helpful, she gave us very useful information on the local area. Highly recommend - we will stay there again when we return to Venice.

Lovely Stay ! Spent 2 nights in July 2025 and wished I could have stayed longer. The apartment is spotless, stylishly decorated and well appointed. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a short walk away from St Mark’s Square and several vaporetto stops. Gianni was very helpful and responsive prior to and during my stay. He met me at the Arsenale station, walked me to the the apartment and showed me around. As mentioned in a previous review there is a locked gate, a locked door to the building and another door to the apartment so I felt very secure. There is lovely restaurant just outside the building and a coffee shop nearby. Extra touches like a bottle of Prosecco and Venetian cookies on the table were a treat. The roof top terrace is a great morning and evening spot with a charming view of the surrounding rooftops. Highly recommend a stay.

Great place in Venice!

Everything was great. Location convenient, close to water taxi stops, St. Marks, the biennale and many places to eat and a grocery and bakery nearby. The unit was well appointed, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, very clean, hot water for shower, an outdoor deck which was lovely to relax on after a day of walking. We did not really cook, but all looked to be in place. Giovanni was super nice and helpful too, good communication and meet us at the water taxi stop. Would stay again if in Venice.

Amazing authentic stay

We absolutely loved our stay in this loft. Clean, comfortable with everything you need. Gianni was so wonderful, met us at the dock and escorted us and our luggage to the apartment. The neighborhood was the best part, quiet and away from the bustling noises of the square. Walked everywhere and enjoyed the neighborhood business people. Restaurants, bakery, market right here. We will be staying here again. Don’t miss this- it’s a little Venice Gem!! Grazie Gianni

Lovely Stay

Beautiful place to stay in Venice. Location is about 5-7 minutes from the water taxi drop off area. Plenty of restaurants, markets, & shopping very close to the property. Property is protected behind 1 locked gate, & 2 locked doors before 1 flight of stairs. Felt very safe staying here. The upper patio is very spacious and beautiful. Very clean property, with many amenities. Beds are on the firm side, plenty of storage space for storing clothing, shoes, etc. Property owner is very helpful and always responsive when needed. Would recommend staying here if visiting Venice.

Great location. Clean, nice place to stay.

Gianni messaged us told us exactly how to get to the port from the airport. He met us there, took us to the villa showed us around. Even had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us snd a card for our anniversary. He was so helpful very responsive to any questions. The place is situated in a perfect spot. Quiet, local area away from touristy things but close enough, ~10 min walk to St Marco Square. Loved the apartment, the terrace was a huge hit. Everything was clean. We would absolutely recommend and would stay here again and again.
