This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever seen. The design and furniture is exquisite. It was clean, has elevator, free breakfast and the staff is amazing to get you anything you need. They will even call you a taxi if needed to get to the airport. A short walk will take you to many restaurants and shopping. Our whole family loved staying here.

This property has very old rooms and bathrooms. No AC nor coffee in the room. Staff were very courteous and location is great if ypi are going to Venice by train. The station is 8 minutes away walking. The hotel is inexpensive and maybe that is why you can’t demand much.

It was amazing! Incredibly beautiful, the staff was so kind. They recommended great places to eat and were so helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, we left like we were transported back in time to the regency era it was gorgeous. We wish our stay was longer and we will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is gorgeous! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was yummy & the included cappuccinos were a special treat. The room was plenty big & the shower hot with good pressure. 5 minute walk to the train station. Would definitely stay here, again.

Lovely property and really enjoyed my stay. On check-in there were a few small issues with the room that were promptly and professionally corrected. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were so friendly I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Also very easy access to Venice via a short train ride.

The Hotel Villa Stucky is wonderful, set just outside Venice, it is a beautiful period hotel, with excellent facilities and features. Very clean, lovely attentive staff. It is 5 minutes walk from the train station and a 15 minute train ride to Venice. It has parking, which is great if you were driving and wanted to visit Venice. The village is very nice and has some lovely shops bars and cafe’s. All round wonderful!

This is a unique accommodation. This is converted from an hundred year old mansion. All the deco show its great taste, history, beauty yet also modern functions. Breakfast is excellent in a graceful setting with great choices. 10-12 min walk to the train station, 30 min or so train ride takes you to Venice central station. Clean, safe and tasteful. Love it.

There is little I could say negatively about our stay. We were guests for 4-days and 3 nights. The staff were friendly and helped out with many things (restaurant ideas, bank location, other random questions) all in English though I tried to speak (very poorly) in Italian. The room (camera quadruple) was perfect for my family (me, my spouse and our two children). We loved our stay so much , we wished we would have extended it in this area.

The hotel has kept the elegance of old days. We liked the atmosphere of it. We had a fine, comfortable room. Breakfast was good and lots to choose but we missed some bacon en scrambled eggs. We had a litte discussion about taking a some cutlery to our room: one days it was no problem, the next day we were told it was. We would like two glasses in stead of two plastic cups. I think this pollicy could be better.

No longer a fan!

Seven of us stayed here many years ago and loved it, we were blown away by the beauty of the place and the kindness of everyone we met at the hotel. We had new people with us this time and raved about how excited we were to share it with them….this time we just felt disappointed. The staff was friendly enough, but there was no warmth from anyone other than the cleaning lady who was very kind. When we booked, it showed under amenities that breakfast was included. Upon arrival we were told that it was not included and cost 15.00 euro per person. It was definitely not a breakfast of that value. We tried to make a case showing what their website said about breakfast being included vs. every other place we stayed in which it stated specifically that there would be a fee. The front desk girl was kind enough about the situation when she tried explaining things, but it still left us with a bad taste as the explanation made no sense as it showed breakfast included as an amenity with no additional fee. The sparkling wine and chips in the garden were a nice touch to start our stay. The bedding was substandard, not soft at all and the pillows offered zero support as they were all so flat. We are a very friendly family and found everyone to be very pretentious and we didn’t feel the warm welcome we had several years ago. We left feeling heavy hearted about this stay. Sadly, this will be our last stay at Villa Stucky.

Paid for luxury suite and in my experience had no qualities of luxury. It was a cold evening and the bed only had sheet and thin duvet, no blanket for comfort and warmth. Only windows in room are on ceiling and they are blocked by shutters. No elevator to 3rd floor, only to second. Very nice staff.

We stayed for two nights and interacted with four employees. The woman at the front desk was very friendly, the man who arranged a taxi for us was helpful, and the owner, who made us coffee, was also very kind. However, on the last morning, one man's attitude was terrible. If it weren't for that, it would have been perfect. In the last 30 minutes, our 5-point rating dropped to 2 points. Due to our circumstances, we were allowed to eat breakfast 15 minutes earlier than the usual time. We are deeply grateful for your kindness. He suddenly looked at the plate we had filled with food and said in a strong tone, ‘This is not breakfast, it's lunch!’ It seems he thought we had taken too much. We only used one plate, and it was an amount that could be finished in five minutes. I didn’t think it was particularly excessive. After all, it’s a buffet, so the portion size is up to the customer. Why was it necessary to make such an unpleasant remark? Additionally, he was rearranging the large plates we had taken food from and moving the dishes around with a displeased expression, making loud noises. Ten minutes later, as soon as the taxi arrived, he shouted, ‘The taxi is here,’ and gestured for us to leave the dining hall as if to shoo us away. When we left the hotel, he was the only one who turned his back to us and didn't speak. The others greeted us, and since we were in a hurry, we didn't have time to discuss his attitude.
