Unfortunately, the reviews I read were true. The hotel is in a perfect location, but every time we entered the room, it smelled horrible. Like a old shoe had been laid out for days. I would definitely say you look somewhere else if you're sensitive to smells. We also had a hard time sleeping with all the street noise. And it was by far the smallest space we stayed in while we were in Italy.

Great little find

Spotlessly clean, easy check, very good rates on mini bar, breakfast was in the hotels own restaurant just opposite the hotel, basic but plenty & good quality. Fantastic locations a few minutes from st mark's square. Brilliant little hotel, more than happy to recommend.

This is a gem, close to St Mark's so easy to find. Staff are unfailingly kind and attentive, breakfast is just enough, croissants are fresh baked, coffee superb. Room is clean, spacious, and despite overlooking a busy "Campo", quiet when windows are shut.

Nice hotel for what you pay. Not very sounds proof within the hotel - can hear people talking in corridor/reception. My door was next to the communal toilet and the doors are loud. Would’ve been ideal having a kettle in the room
