Great Place

It was a great experience. Loved this hotel. This hotel has a great location, very nice staff and a very clean and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again !

Pros and cons.

The bed itself, which is the most important thing, was comfortable enough. The reason I rated the place in 'below pleasing' for comfort was that the bathroom and shower are so small you can barely move through it. Also, for service, THERE IS NO WIFI in your room. There is only wifi in the hotel lobby. That was a nasty surprise at the price the hotel charges. Also, they do not provide toothbrushes. The place is just over priced for the quality and service that you get. What I liked about it, it is far enough (maybe 50 meters) off the main road that you can sleep well without being disturbed from the shockingly busy main road at night time. Also, the location is a five minute (if that) walk to the train station. That is about as far as the advantages go, so if that is all you need, and you do not mind paying this price for these few things, while not getting any of the other things, then this place will suffice. (I indeed rebooked my room one extra night when I found out I needed to stay another day in downtown).

Very good location. Everything was as expected, however our toilet did have a small leak. The hotel tried to fix it but it seemed like they didn’t have the correct parts to fix before we left. They were attentive to our needs and did the best they could. I give them credit for that.

Had problems with check in. Nothing said have to check in at other location. Took us over a hour to find Room was old and small. After two nights then realized my body was bitten by bedbugs all over. At least over 20 different places.

Hotel in posizione strategica a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e vicino a una via commerciale. Si tratta di un albergo senza molte pretese, pulito ma arredato con mobili antiquati e senza ascensore. La reception si trova presso un'altra struttura a pochi metri di distanza e la persona all'accoglienza è molto gentile. Il prezzo sarebbe chiaramente troppo elevato in qualunque altra città ma indubbiamente Venezia è troppo cara e quindi non ci si può aspettare di spendere meno...

Room was ok, but did need an updating, bathroom is great, room needs to be painted brighter and carpeting need to be removed, need bed required instead of 2 single beds side by side. needs to be more modernized and be brighter, also need a mini fridge, no place to put beverages. Location was great

Do NOT go straight to the property. You must check in at "Hotel Antica Casa Carettoni". They expect you to know this, and, if you don't, they are unapologetic and tell you that you have "old information". The Hotel Atlantide has very old carpeting on the floor and to half way up the walls; it smells musty. The bed spread was visibly dirty. Thankfully the sheets were clean and the bathroom clean and renovated. For how high the price was, I would try another place next time. The location is wonderful.

駅から近い、古いアパートです

サンタルチア駅から重いスーツケースを引いて歩いて行けます。 賑やかなメインストリートから細い路地を少しはいった場所にホテルはあります。 ホテル掲載のフロントは現在使用されていません。 表通りにある小さな姉妹ホテルのフロントで鍵を貰います。 建物は古く薄暗くて清潔感はありません。写真を取らなかったのが残念です。ホテルの情報写真にある部屋を想像していたので、ショックでした。 ベットカバーはうす汚れていて、シーツだけを被って寝ました。電気を消すと耳元で蚊の音。素手で叩いてから寝ました。 古いアパートのベットとシャワーとトイレを借りた感じでした。ほかには何もありません。 トリプルルームは三階にあり、重いスーツケースを持ちあげるのに苦労しました。 私は絶対にリピートしません。

No reception, bad service, avoid this hotel

No answer from reception no matter what time of day you call! Stayed at the 4th floor, group of people checked in and they were smoking, me and my husband could smell the smoke seeping through the doors. Horrible stay, we feel very sick since the smoke is too strong coming from the other room and hallway. Reception said they're open 24 hours apparently they're not, we can't even complain since nobody is there to take the calls. Hotel doesn't seem to care about their guests, they just want to do business, that's it. The walls are thin, group of young people keep banging doors from 3rd floor and we could hear them from 4th floor. This hotel is not the place where guests can have good rest after a nice stroll around Venice. We don't recommend this hotel.

Hotel molto vicino alla stazione. Personale molto gentile. Check in veloce presso altra struttura. Stabile vecchio senza personale in loco, hai la chiave del portone e della stanza e sei autonomo ma se si è in più persone rientrando in orari diversi è un po' un problema, ci hanno dato una stanza al secondo piano senza ascensore, con i bagagli è complicato. Stanza con arredamento vecchio ma molto pulita. Bagno nuovo e pulitissimo. Affaccio su giardino interno molto silenzioso. In complesso sarebbe da rinnovare il mobilio e arredamento. Il televisore era staccato e abbiamo dovuto sistemarlo da soli. Da raccomandare per la vicinanza alla stazione e per la pulizia.
