The apartment is located on a raised ground floor with a single and private entrance and with a wonderful view of the canal. It consists of a large open space that includes a modern kitchen well equipped with all appliances, cutlery and pots; a comfortable sofa from which to enjoy the television, a good book or the view of the canal, with the possibility of watching directly from the sofa the passage of one of the most authentic boats in Venice: the gondola. The modern mosaic bathroom is equipped with all the comforts: toilet, bidet, sink and shower. Last but not least, the bedroom, a sweet love nest consisting of a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
