This brand new design apartment is located in a residential area of Venice where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the city while staying away from the hustle and bustle. Thanks to the presence of the garden with a large dining table you will have the opportunity to enjoy warm sunny days in the privacy of your home.

Just 10 minutes from the Santa Lucia train station, you will be in one of the areas with the best wine bars and taverns, Fondamenta degli Ormesini e della Misericordia. Also located just 5 minutes from the famous Jewish Ghetto.

Spacious and bright, this loft can accommodate 4 people and consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

In the outdoor area there is an annex that can accommodate 2 other guests, for a total of 6 people, consisting of a small living room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower. For your comfort you will find Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, hairdryer, electric mosquito repellent devices, iron, air conditioning and independent heating.

At 50m you can find a well-stocked supermarket.

Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
