  • Spacious apartment located on the first floor in the heart of Venice's historic centre, in the picturesque sestiere of San Polo. The accommodation features an independent fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with dining table and sofa bed, three double bedrooms and three shower bathrooms. The location is extremely convenient for easily reaching all the main city attractions, with a magnificent and evocative courtyard where the accommodation is situated. Upon request, two additional sleeping places are available on the sofa bed. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

This apartment was all that I could hope for. It was modern, clean and comfortable. We appreciated that there were 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms. We did not need the sofa bed, but that was available. Everything was exceptionally clean. The most amazing part of working with this company was the communication. The managers touched base with us frequently before and during our stay. Management's willingness to accommodate for our needs was amazing. We were expecting early arrival and they allowed us to drop of our luggage before check in time. I did not need to rent luggage storage. I requested information on a company to reserve a water taxi to the airport when we departed. Without hesitation, they offered to book it for us. That went exactly as I had hoped. The location was good. Cafes, restaurants, and shops were near-by. We were within walking distance of most all of the iconic sights and experiences that one could hope for in Venice. I highly recommend this apartment and this company to book your stay in Venice.
