This fascinating apartment, recently renovated, is located near Riva del Vin, the bank that runs along the Grand Canal, just steps away from the Rialto Bridge.

This area is perfect for visiting Venice, in fact in 1 minute on foot you can reach the Rialto Bridge and Market, which are the strategic center of Venice. In 6 minutes, you can also reach St. Mark's Square, and in 20 minutes on foot you can reach Piazzale Roma and the Railway Station. In the immediate vicinity, there are also Rialto vaporetto stops for the airport or other islands of the lagoon.

The apartment features Venetian and wooden floors that pleasantly contrast with the modern design of the furniture. To help you feel at home after a long day exploring the city, you will find all the comforts you need such as Wi-Fi access, air conditioning, iron, hairdryer, Smart TV, as well as a fully equipped and functional kitchen.

The house has two double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, independent and habitable kitchen, and a bathroom with shower.

Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax will be requested, which amounts to 5€ per person per night, and a rental contract will be filled out and signed where the credit card details of the guests will also be included as a guarantee for damages.

Comfortable stay, great location

They apartment was as described and a comfortable stay. The Check-in process was smooth and everything was as expected. The location was great and we enjoyed our time in Venice. I would stay here again.

Location is perfect! Bathroom, shower , kitchen,bedrooms seem clean. Area outside bedrooms was dirty. Beware, the apartment is on a 3rd floor, no elevator. Overall, it was ok.

Beautiful apartment

Staying in Venice at this time was an experience which not everyone will have. Empty streets and peacefulness in the city. The apartment is in the most perfect location and gives you access to all of Venice in walking distance. The apartment itself is beautiful decorated with homey boutique style. Everything was spotless clean and worked perfect. Only a tip for elderly person, you have to go up to third floor on some steep steps. We are back one week later for another 3 weeks. No improvement needed. Keep it as it is.
