Our apartment is located in the heart of Venice, but away from the crowds.

This small but comfortable apartment might be your perfect place to enjoy this incredible city!

It is a first-floor apartment of a nice building in the district of San Marco, very close to Palazzo Grassi and to the most important museums like Accademia Galleries and Peggy Guggenheim Museum, few steps without bridged far from San Samuele boat stop and walking distance from Sant'Angelo boat stop where the Alilaguna transport service to and from the airport stops.

The property has been recently restored and it has a contemporary living room with a wooden beamed ceiling with double sofa bed, equipped kitchenette and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Nice unit in a great location

Nice unit. Location is perfect and close to San Marco, Rialto and Accademia. Very close to the Sam Samuele water bus stop. The San Angelo stop is also close but much more difficult to access. Restaurants are located close by in Campo Santo Stefano. Unit is located up a flight of steep stairs. The unit can be difficult to find unless you prepare prior to arriving.
