Modern and bright two bedrooms apartment, fully equipped, with a lovely canal view, for your perfect stay in Venice.

Centrally located just a throw stone's from Sant Toma' boat stop, in a lovely small square with a bar and a really good ice-cream shop, just outside the door.

This nice apartment has a large living room with a well-appointed kitchenette, two bedrooms (one double and one tween or double on request), and a wide bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

It is surrounded by all kinds of shops, groceries, restaurants and it is also within walking distance from Santa Lucia railway station.

Great location, but a few misses.

We loved this villa and the location was excellent. However, there was a few misses. There were AC units in each of the two bedrooms, but none in the main living area/kitchen, or in the bathroom. This made it extremely difficult to get ready in the bathroom because it was so hot. A portable AC in the living space and/or bathroom would've made it a 4.5-star option.

Wir ( 3 Freundinnen ) durften hier ein paar sehr schöne Tage genießen. Das Apartment hat eine angenehme Größe und durch die Fenster zu 2 Gassen hat man immer das Gefühl hier wirklich zu wohnen und am Leben der Stadt teilhaben zu können. Das Apartment liegt sehr günstig. 2 moderne Cafes/Bars eine nette Pizzaria , ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei am Platz. Eine Einkaufstraße auf dem Weg. Haltestelle für Linienschiff und Gondel zum Übersetzen keine Minute entfernt. Der Kontakt war super, alles sehr sauber, die Fotos zeigen alles wie es ist. Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Wir / ich werden für unsere nächsten Venedigurlaube mit Sicherheit wieder dieses Apartment wählen. Danke Silvia, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Liebe Grüße Von den 3 Mädls :)
