I absolutely loved this hotel and room. Could be my favorite hotel in the world. Just adorable lobby and room. We didn’t eat in the dining room because of our schedule but it looked great too.

Location was ideal. Breakfast buffet was a bargain for the hotel guests. Front desk staff were there to answer all our questions about directions, places to go and transportation. Carmen gave us a recommendation to go to Murano with free transportation. The glass factory tour was a highlight. We also went to Burano. Because of Gioia’s suggestion, we had a relaxing afternoon at the beach on Lido. A beautiful hotel!

Our bedroom looked out upon one of the smaller canals that was active during the daytime it relatively quiet at night and the early morning. Our room was a private residence a few steps from the main hotel. It was quite spacious and luxurious. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our only complaint is that the shower was a bit wonky- it would be too hot one second and then too cold the next. Yet, overall this is a great choice and we appreciate you Bonvecchaiti staff!

Hotel is in a fantastic position for exploring Venice on foot, but easy to navigate from identifiable areas. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Some areas starting to show a bit of wear and tear. The only real downside of the room was the shower. Poor positioning and couldn’t get it to spray in the right direction at all. Ended up having to hold it. We had a room that had a connecting door (locked) but could hear a lot from the neighbouring room through this. That said, would stay here again without question.

Very comfortable stay

Very nice and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean and central St. Marks square and Rialto bridge. Lots of restaurants and shopping right outside. The hotel had amazing breakfast as well.

The Hotel is a mix of modern rooms on one side and in other rooms they have a old world charm with ornate décor. Hotel is on the main path to St. Mark Square and close to all restaurants and Rialto Bridge. The restaurant was pretty nice as will.
