Apartment with high-level modern finishes located in the Historic Centre of Venice, 10 minutes walking from the Rialto Bridge and 15 from St. Mark's Square. The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a living area with a complete kitchen, sofa bed and dining table. The apartment is completed by two bedrooms (double and twin) and a bathroom with shower. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

Great place. Few local restaurants near by also a few min walk to a grocery store. Close to a water bus station. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Experience

Communication with the property manager prior to stay was excellent and we were provided directions that got us in quickly and easily. The location is perfect and the apartment is comfortable and very clean. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.
