Große Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Direkt an einem Kanal gelegen mit kleinem Balkon auf den Kanal hinaus. Vorne abends laut, in den Schlafräumen aber sehr ruhig. Genügend Platz und sehr üppige Ausstattung der Küche. Betten eher mäßig - eines schien nicht unbedingt frisch zu sein...

The staff Grace welcomed us at the boat station and showed us to the flat. She is a very kind and nice lady to give us lots of information about Venice. The flat is very spacious for a family like us. It has everything that we needed. It's about 30 mins boat ride from the train station. However the bathroom definitely need updating and the shower facility can be improved. Overall our stay is pleasant, the bed is comfort and the kitchen is clean and tidy.

베네치아에 안 좋은 기억

위치가 지도 상에 공지된 곳과 다릅니다. 아파트 위치가 달라질 수 있다고 아래에 써 있긴 했는데 보지 못한 제 탓이기도 합니다만, 흔히 지도 상에서 파악하곤 하는데 너무나 위치가 달라 당황했네요. 아주 외진 곳에 있어요.... 위치는 미리 잘 알아보고 가시길.. 침대는 방2개에 2개가 있으나 모두 간이용 침대 스프링 소리 나고, 이불도 옛날 고스톱치는 모포 이불입니다. 밥해먹을려고 일부러 아파트로 한건데 접시같은 식기류가 없어 일회용 접시 사용했습니다. 2박 예약했다가 결국 1박만하고 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 물론 환불은 못받았습니다. 이 숙소 덕분에 베네치아에 대한 기억이 좋지 않게 되었네요. 그래도 익스피디아 측에서 불만사항에 대해 빠르게 응대해주셔서 감사했습니다.

Great apartment for a family in Venice.

We loved Venice and staying in this character filled apartment. It was especially great having a living area to chat and entertain in. Beware of the mosquitoes though, my daughter woke up on the first morning with about 10 bites and my son had in excess of 20 bites! Take some insect spray and repellent. Our host was very friendly an helpful throughout our stay.

Poor apartment

Apartment was advised as 2 bedrooms,lounge,kitchen. But it was 1 bedroom with sofa bed in lounge,small kitchen, very unclean, no curtains, one tv in bedroom ,4 flights of steep stairs no elevator which was very difficult for one of our party. Non was as advertised and a very dissatisfied stay.

fabulous location

The people who ran the apartments were so lovely. We were met off the water bus and taken to our room. There our guide showed us how to work everything and went on to give us a map and explain various places of interest, local supermarkets and also gave us their phone number should we need them for anything. Fantasic start to our stay which continued to be wonderful for the whole duration.

Luulin tilanneeni ahtaan sopen "yhdellä makuuhuoneella". Saimme palatsiasunnon, jossa oli lapsenlapsille helppo kertoa renessanssielämästä. Upea tapa tutustua uppoavaan ainutlaatuiseen Venetsiaan. Sijainti erinomainen, lähellä nähtävyyksiä, hyviä ravintoloita ja Elämän Teatteria. Silti sopivan kaukana varsinaisista turistitungoksista. Menen varmasti uudestaankin.

Trabalhosa chegada, mas ótima surpresa

A chegada foi um parto forceps. Na confirmação da reserva não havia o endereço do apartamento, nem onde pegar a chave, o que só observamos ao desembarcar na estação de trem em Veneza. O pequeno mapa copiado na reserva era de difícil leitura. Demoramos 4 horas para chegar ao apto, pq ninguem sabia informar sua localizacao.Tivemos que dar um jeito de ligar para o número de telefone de contato na reserva para que alguém viesse nos entregar a chave e apresentar o apto, que é excelente. Ao contrário do que informou a atendente que nos passou a chave, nao nos foi encaminhado nenhum e-mail sobre a forma de chegar ao apto

Economy apartment was rich on character

Loved this place. From the vintage furnishings & chandeliers to the marble & slate floors, this is a spacious apartment with authentic Italian feel. It's on the southern lagoon side (vaporetto stop Zattere) with peek-a-boo views of the water. Restaurants, gelatto, and groceries within 5-10 minutes walk. Bear in mind it's a self service apartment. No frills, no daily service. Great wifi speeds. Best price in Venice for such a big apartment.

June vacation in a venice apartment

We were surprised that the apartment we stayed was different in location and appearance from what was reflected in the hotels.com website when we made our booking. We have booked the apartment thinking that the apartment was of walking distance from the train station, Venezia Santa Lucia. However, it turned out that it was located about 30min boat ride away from the train station (close to the jetty, Spirito Santo) at Dorsoduro 270/A. The apartment however is located of walking distance to St Mark Square. The rooms also looked completely different from the photos when we made the booking on the website. My friend and I slept in different bedrooms but were both equally unable to sleep well because of the constant buzzing from the mosquitoes. We kept all the windows close the next day but still were disturbed by the mosquitoes the second night. The rooms and kitchen are fairly equipped (e.g. there’s a fridge, microwave oven, washing machine and a stove with oven) though there were not much toiletries and I could not find a proper clean pot for boiling water.

Positive: 10 minutes from train station, hotel keeper waited for us in station , clean and quiet room Negative: shelves in Bathroom fall apart easily. Power cut in the apartment at 11 pm. Informed the keeper, who said it must be an appliance which we used non compatible with Italian system. We only used a charger for the phone. This is unprofessional to drop the blame on us! He tried to sort the problem over the phone, but he could not and said it needs an electrician tomorrow. We stayed over night without electricity and without hot water in the morning and travelled without a shower. I know it is difficult to get an electrician at late time in the evening, but no one wants this to happen during a holiday or to get the blame for it! If you want to take the risk of being without electricity, which is unlikely to happen, then it is a good apartment

En general muy buena opción, solo que tienen que llegar a un hotel primero y después los llevan de ese hotel a los apartamentos y nunca eso lo dicen en la reservación así es que es recomendable tener la dirección antes de llegar a vencía del hotel donde se recogen la llaves de departamento ya que a dentro de vencía es difícil dar con una dirección si no conoces,
