La Furlana is an apartment that unlike many is located in an area rich in local residents. Even the neighbors are all Venetian, which is why the experience has a very genuine value. The area of the Gardens and of the Island of Sant'Elena in the immediate neighborhood gives the apartment a proximity to the greenest area of the city, with the possibility of running, walking, and picnic, therefore also excellent for families. Located in a quiet area, the apartment features some pieces of wonderful old woodwork furniture. It is very close to the Giardini della Biennale park, the only green area in Venice to my knowledge. Very well connected with the transportation system, and walking distance from Piazza San Marco. An excellent nest to rest after days full of walking visiting the city and its museums. Excellent restaurants nearby.

Exceeds all expectations

This is an exceptional flat. Beautifully, artistically appointed, fully equipped with modern appliances, both private and safe. A real getaway in a residential area, yet still very close to all the attractions. Easily accessible along the waterbus lines. The hosts are kind, helpful and hospitable.

Appartamento ben curato e pulito situato nella zona residenziale ma con tutti i servizi disponibili a pochi minuti da casa e la fermata del vaporetto molto vicina Il signor Giuseppe molto disponibile a darci tutte la informazione e la signora Roberta che ci ha accolto per il check in molto cordiale e gentili e ci ci ha suggerito ottimi posti da visitare e locali dove mangiare tipici piatti venezziani Grazie per la bellissima esperienza non vediamo l'ora di tornarci

Der Aufenthalt in Venedig hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten sehr viel über Venedig lernen und auch die Erholung kam nicht zu kurz. Besonderer Dank gilt Giuseppe, dem Betreuer der Fewo, der uns mit Rat und Tat sehr geholfen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
