This accommodation is perfect for up to 3 people, just a short distance from the city, famous for its 118 islands connected by over 400 bridges and crossed by numerous navigable canals.



The property features a spacious room that can accommodate up to 3 people, with comfortable beds and a private bathroom. In the morning, coffee or tea is served, available for an extra fee. The property offers air conditioning, security doors, and a reserved parking space.



The house is located just a few hundred meters from the Venice-Mestre train station and 100 meters from the bus stop for line 2, which takes you to Venice in about 15 minutes. Nearby, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, and pharmacies.



The only additional cost is the tourist tax, applied according to the guests’ age and local regulations.
