The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The internal courtyard where it is possible to have lunch is magnificent. Additional bed space (sofa bed) available upon request. Maximum capacity 3 people. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

The apartment # was missing from the door and the shower drain was partially blocked we had to shower in segments to avoided floodingbthe floor. The host was super efficient and helpful in getting us to and from the airport. The apartment is in a quiet area with a 10 minute walk to all activities. Wewould definitely stay their again.

Off the beaten path, but convenient and lovely apartment

Guide Gabriele communicated with us ahead of our arrival to help us with parking and travel to Venezia and these lovely lodgings! He met us at the vaporetto to then lead us through the Venetian maze of streets and bridges to the comfortable apartment. Along the way, he provided great tips for our stay. The apartment is in a more residential than touristy neighborhood, which suited our needs nicely. The apartment includes a kitchenette, modern bath & shower, comfortable bedroom, and living room with convertible couch for our 3rd guest. But, the highlight was the fabulous terrace! It gave us a glimpse into Venetian life along with a restful place to enjoy a few moments of peace before our next adventure! Very convenient location for Piazza San Marco and other historic sites.
